Loss and Bereavement
Losing someone can be one of the hardest things we ever have to deal with, and how we respond to loss can be a very personal response. It is important to recognise that how you feel/react can be very different to others. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. What is important is that have someone you can talk to, and you seek support when you need it.
As a Trust, we can refer staff to counselling or CBT, if this is something you would wish to explore, please contact a member of the HR Team, or a member of SLT.
